FULFILLMENT
Sometimes those loved items are not in stock at all times and it is not easy to keep on top of the stock levels when there so hot. Supplies are limited and we constantly are in touch with the companies to get stuff in ASAP provided the goods are in stock at there end. If we are unable to ship your order within 96 hours of receiving it and its a stock item, we will contact you with the bad news, However if you are willing to wait we will put your order on back order until the item comes for the supplier. In all circumstances, your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to be shipped. We will update you by email when we think we can help get the item(s) you want.
CREDIT-CARDS and DATA PROTECTION
Skate N Ride operate an SSL secure wesbite. When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers and details are encrypted using SSL 1024 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our head office computer. They are not held in clear text on our website or on our server and are even encrypted in our offices systems, maintaining the upmost security at all levels, once the order has been packed for shipping the card is charged then the card details a completly deleted from the system
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Electron, Solo and Switch. Your card will not be charged until the order is ready to be shipped.
Please note that your details are not passed to any third parties.
RETURNS-POLICY
We will accept return merchandise within 14 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and with its original packaging. Returns are at your cost. We realise that Christmas is an exceptional period and as such we will accept returns up until the middle of January for items purchased as xmas presents. We will only accept packages that arrive with a Return Authorisation Number clearly marked on them. You may request a RA number by emailing us at skatenride@live.co.uk or phoning on 01388 609060. If returning items to us we advise that you send them Parcel Force or regular mail, and obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office. Sending items recorded or special delivery can prove to be very expensive.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
MAIL-ORDERS:
You may order by mail by printing your buy screen with items and shipping total and include a cheque or postal order for the total amount made payable to Skate N Ride. Please note that we do wait a full 7 working days before dispatching your order to allow the cheque to clear. Mail both to: Skate N Ride, 26 Railway Street, Bishop Auckland, Co. Durham DL14V 7LR. Send a cheque or postal order and we will process your order as soon as your cheque clears. If your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, your cheque will be returned to you by mail within 5 business days. Include your phone number on all mail orders. Include separate bill to and ship to addresses if they are different.
DISCLAIMERS
Our catalogue images, descriptions and colours are subject to change and are for suggestion only. Actual appearances may be different and corrections may be made on final orders though we will not send a different product unless you agree to it. If you must have a specific colour where the option is not available, please include this in the comments. It is always our goal to ship the best merchandise at the best price possible.
DELIVERY
All large packages are delivered via Fast Away Couriers within mainland UK. Delivery outside the UK is via Airmail via the post office. All couriered items must be signed for, and delivery times cannot be specified. Smaller/lighter packages and UK parcels off the mainland are sent by 1st class Royal Mail. All orders recived before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day provided goods are in stock and the payment is processed. Although goods are sent 1st class mail, please allow 5 working days before contacting us.
